Training the students only for exams seriously hampers their learning ability. Dr. Sagar Dave, Principal – JG College Of Commerce has introduced an innovative and interesting technique of learning by having the students present their knowledge on a wide range of topics including Artificial Intelligence, Tax Planning, Leadership styles, Evolution of Banking, Marketing strategies, Start-up Management etc..Overall 24 teams comprising 105 participants presented exciting ideas and unique mind-blowing perspectives thereby expanding the frontiers of their knowledge. The performances were evaluated by eminent experts and the winners were awarded medals and certificates. The students mastered new techniques of gaining knowledge and had a first-hand experience of doing research on their own.
